The Printslinger team works hard to ensure that its guidebooks get great coverage. The Extra Mile has featured in The Guardian, The Mail Online, The Scotsman, and more. Author Kerry has spoken on numerous BBC Radio shows and appeared on BBC Breakfast TV in August 2024 to promote The Extra Mile and the fabulous businesses in it. We also work on marketing partnerships (such as with Quirky Campers, COOK and the Circular Cup Co) to broaden our reach. As a result of these efforts and this coverage, many of the places in our books (who also stock the book) regularly sell out of their copies, and re-order at trade price to profit further from being in one of our guides.

The Coastal Café Guide was reviewed in The Sun and had lengthy articles about it printed in The Times Weekend and in The Scotsman in summer 2024. The Farm Shop Guide has some very exciting coverage in the pipeline for autumn, that will get it under the noses of millions of local food lovers: watch this space for updates and get in touch to feature in the next edition of any of our books.
